Dear Parents and Guardians
It has been decided to conduct the second day of Parent Interview Meetings on Tuesday 4th May (1.00-6.30pm).
All students – Years 7 to 12 – will finish school at 12.15pm 4th May to accommodate the Parent Teacher Interviews.
To minimise disruption to students we will run the first 3 periods as per their standard timetable.
Period 1 | 8.25am – 9.25am |
Period 2 | 9.30am – 10.45am |
Recess | 10.45am – 11.10am |
Period 3 | 11.15am – 12.15pm |
Students Dismissed | 12.15pm |
The existing parent interview bookings that were made in Parent Teacher On-Line (PTO) for Tuesday 27th April have been transferred to Tuesday May 4th.
Parents can check the bookings that were made via our school’s home page:

Unfortunately, many of our Art Teachers will not be able to attend the interviews on this revised date due to an Art Camp that cannot be changed. Art teachers will contact parents who have made bookings to discuss alternative arrangements.
Parents who are unable to attend the interviews on the new date are asked to email Natasha Wilson at Natasha.Wilson@education.wa.edu.au.
Parents can contact individual teachers via email if you have not been able to make an interview booking. Go to: https://www.applecross.wa.edu.au/staff and email the staff member directly.
Please remember that on the night a strict adherence to the 7 minute time limit will be in place, signalled by a bell. Extended interview times can be arranged with individual teachers via our school website. Go to: https://www.applecross.wa.edu.au/staff and email the staff member directly.
The new date for the Parent Teacher Meetings is dependent on the current COVID-19 Post Lockdown restrictions being lifted by the end of the week. Should these restrictions still be in place it will be necessary to change the date again. A Parent Update will go out on Friday afternoon with the latest advice about this.
Apologies for any inconvenience that these changes may cause and thank you for your patience and support.
Best regards
Paul Leech – Principal
